Set invoice.seller.vat_id.

Ein Nachlass auf Dokumentebene verwendet die Kategorie G (Ausfuhr); dafür ist die USt-IdNr. des Verkäufers (BT-31) Pflicht — die Steuernummer (BT-32) genügt hier nicht.
