An endpoint identifier scheme in the Extension must come from the EAS code list (extended by the DiGA codes XR01/XR02/XR03).

Reachability: Only reachable when validating your own XML — normbill-generated documents cannot trigger it

Belongs to the 'Extension XRechnung' CustomizationID. normbill generates the plain CIUS, never the Extension — reachable only for Extension XML submitted to /v1/invoices/validate.

Use an EAS (or XR01–XR03) value as the endpoint scheme.
