Contrary to a common misreading, this rule checks the CustomizationID — Leitweg-ID syntax is never checked by the official Schematron (only presence, via BR-DE-15). normbill always writes a correct CustomizationID.

How to fix it

Use the exact XRechnung CustomizationID, e.g. urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:xeinkauf.de:kosit:xrechnung_3.0.
