BT-10— Buyer reference / Leitweg-ID- Field in your JSON
invoice.buyer_reference
How to fix it
Set invoice.buyer_reference. Leitweg-ID format: 04011000-1234512345-06.

Every 422 from the API lists the rule id, the path in your request JSON, a plain-language message and a suggested fix — see the docs overview for the report format.
Or try it live: drop any XRechnung XML on the free validator — same KoSIT-backed report, no account.
Generate a valid XRechnung from JSON with the XRechnung API — the 422 names this field instead of the Schematron code.
