The scheme of a delivery location identifier (BT-71 schemeID) is not part of the ISO/IEC 6523 ICD list.

The invoice model has no delivery location identifier (BT-71) — only the delivery date (BT-72). Fatal in the primary CIUS scenario (only the Extension scenario downgrades it).

How to fix it

Use an ISO 6523 ICD value (e.g. "0088" for GLN) as the schemeID on cac:DeliveryLocation/cbc:ID.

Das Schemakennzeichen der Lieferort-Kennung (BT-71, schemeID) stammt nicht aus der ISO/IEC-6523-ICD-Liste. Das normbill-Datenmodell kennt keine Lieferort-Kennung (nur das Lieferdatum, BT-72); KoSIT meldet die Regel nur als Information, die API filtert sie aus dem Report.
