The invoice model has no invoiced-object identifier or document references (BT-18/BG-24), so generated documents never carry this scheme.
How to fix it
Use a UNTDID 1153 reference qualifier as the schemeID on the additional document reference (DocumentTypeCode 130), or drop the attribute.

Das Schemakennzeichen einer Objektkennung (BT-18, schemeID) stammt nicht aus der UNTDID 1153. Das normbill-Datenmodell kennt keine Objektkennungen oder Dokumentenreferenzen — die Regel betrifft nur fremd erzeugtes XML.
So beheben Sie den Fehler
Verwenden Sie im schemeID-Attribut der Dokumentenreferenz (DocumentTypeCode 130) einen UNTDID-1153-Code — oder entfernen Sie das Attribut.
